The Snake Braid

The snake braid is one of the easiest braids out there. You just do a simple three strand. Take the middle piece and put the other two pieces off two the right side. Hold the middle piece and slide up the two  pieces on the right. Carefully tug the braid to make it proportioned. :)

Don't do this braid too often, though. The sliding up of the two pieces on the right is not very gentle on the hair. It can create a lot of split ends if the hair is not brushed well. Just brush your hair very well and don't make a habit of doing this braid every day.

I did this braid on model B.

The Mermaid Cage Braids

The French Mermaid Cage Braid

This braid is just like a french braid, but you start lower and take smaller pieces. This is my absolute favorite braid to do on other people!

The Dutch Mermaid Cage Braid

This braid is a variation of the french mermaid cage braid. It is exactly like a dutch braid, but again you start lower and take smaller pieces. I have not seen this braid nearly as much as the french mermaid cage braid, but I think it looks like a very "edgy" braid.

Both of these braids are done on model AD.

The Fishtail

The fishtail is one of my favorite braids. It’s a quick braid that can look good loose and messy.

1. Brush your hair and put it in a low ponytail.

2. Divide your ponytail into two sections.

3. Take a small sliver of hair from the left side of the left section. Cross that piece over the entire left section and join it with the left side of the right section.

4. Take a small sliver of hair from the right side of the right section. Cross that piece over the entire 5. right section and join it with the right side of the left section.

5. Repeat steps 3-4 until you reach the  bottom of your hair. Tie it off with a hairband.

6. Remove the hairband at the top of the braid. Lightly tug the sides of the braid to make it looser. DONE!
